In a large saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add the Sprite, chili sesame oil, and hot sauce. Stir to combine. Once combined add the minced garlic and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the shrimp to the saute pan and mix with the sauce. Cover the pan and simmer the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
Uncover the pan and season with lemon juice, paprika, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the liquid is reduced. Add the honey and chopped green onion. Season with additional hot sauce if needed. Enjoy!
