Ingredients

  • 2 salted duck eggs peeled and diced
  • ½ onion diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1-2 habaneros diced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  • Add the diced salted duck eggs, tomato, onion, and habaneros to a medium size bowl and mix together.
  • After mixed, add the soy sauce, water, and lemon juice. Mix well. Keep the salted egg salad refrigerated. Enjoy!
