In a heat resistant bowl over simmering water, melt the chocolate chunks. Stir constantly for the chocolate to melt evenly.
Once the chocolate has melted, add the peanut butter and mix until melted.
Add the corn flakes to the chocolate mixture. Mix until the corn flakes are evenly coated.
Line a large baking tray with wax paper. Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, spoon the mixture in rounded mounds onto the baking tray. Place in the refrigerator until firm for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
