These chocolate peanut butter clusters are easy, delectable, and absolutely a party or holiday favorite! With a perfect crunch in every bite, make sure to make this in batch for family and friends to share!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • cups corn flakes
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a heat resistant bowl over simmering water, melt the chocolate chunks. Stir constantly for the chocolate to melt evenly.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, add the peanut butter and mix until melted.
  • Add the corn flakes to the chocolate mixture. Mix until the corn flakes are evenly coated.
  • Line a large baking tray with wax paper. Using a 2-inch cookie scoop, spoon the mixture in rounded mounds onto the baking tray. Place in the refrigerator until firm for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
