In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, minced onion, garlic powder, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs before adding to the ground beef mixture. Add the olive oil to the mixture and combine well.
In a large tray lined with wax or parchment paper, measure 4 ounces or 10 patties and set in the tray. Let the patties marinate for 2 hours or overnight. You can use a kitchen food scale to measure the patties.
Grill the burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side over high heat. Enjoy!
Notes
When grilling the burger patties, dip a paper towel in olive oil and use tongs to rub over the grill rack, this will help removing and flipping the burger patty easily.
I used a kitchen food scale to measure the patties at 4 ounces each and marinated the burgers overnight. The patty size can be adjusted depending on the type of buns used, but the cooking time may need to be adjusted.
